We met on April 4, 1998 at Search, a Catholic retreat for college students. But it wasn't until that summer did we really get to know each, the 90s way - email.  We've proven the strength of our love despite all our obstacles and the time that we spent apart.  On November 30,2002, during a surprise trip (for Nelie)  to  PSU, we finally got engaged by the tree where we shared our first kiss.
